In the current beta build that MSN and AIM sender can now be enabled to work threaded. For both it's still needed to enable that threading via a registry change.
The developper is still fighting with the ICQ sender. Seems that the "start" of the ICQ protocol changed and as always with this type of protocols, there isn't much doc on it :-( But he told me today that before the end of next week we should have it working. (I hope so :-)) Working meaning that not only the ICQ sending will work again, but it will also be in a threaded way just as the MSN and AIM sender. The beta (with the aim/msn threading) can be found on http://beta.woodstone.nu (there are several other fixes that might be very usefull :-)) Dirk Bulinckx.
