Oracle Database Checks Then it means that it's not able to get access to the 
installed Oracle libs. 
Installing them as the user running the service might help.

It shows the checks as unavailable.  If you try to add a new one running as a 
service it complains about missing OLE libraries.

I installed the Oracle client on the Server Alive server. 

The database checks only seem to work if I run SA as an application instead of 
as a service.  Do I need to reinstall Oracle client using Admin account?
