1. The easiest way would be create a domain admin account as domain admins is always added to local administrators group on machines joined to the domain although you might get away with server operators group. 2. Give it a real nasty keyboard mashing style password 3. Enable encryption in the setup to store the credentials encrytped else eanyone with read access to the config can decode the base 64 version on the web. 4. Use the Changes wizard to set all your checks with the same credentials globally.
