Message seems very clear. In the 10s (10034ms) that you gave for the check entry we were not able to do the required check. You can OR increase the timeout OR empty the eventlog.

Then from SA (running on an XP Pro machine), I setup the Host/Check/Alert particulars (simple check of the System Log for error/warnings containing the word 'disk'. I seem to authenticate ok, but the check fails consistently with: '10034ms-ERR: Didn't stop within the given timeout' Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated.
