You understand correctly.

Yes, I exported the tree before I deleted it. I then re-imported the
tree afterwards. The old tree is currently in place as I perform an
exhaustive audit of our settings before rebuilding all teams.

So if I understand correctly, you're saying that the TEAM tree that you
deleted
was the same as the one that is newly created and this new one works
fine?
Do you still have the "old" one?

Excellent question. Answer: no difference at all. This was the first
thing I checked.

I also exported to XML, loaded into MS Access, and compared all tables
(before deleting team registry tree and after deleting team registry
tree to create a working version). No changes at all.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled everything. No affect.

I added a new group and tested it. No affect.

BUT, deleting the team registry tree and adding a new team works. As
you know this has no impact on user accounts or any other settings.

It was send twice via dirk at woodstone dot nu
Our first question was already asked on the list too, are they all set
active.

You said that if you delete them and re-create them that they work, is
that
correct?
If you look at a "working" team definition (in the registry) and at a
none-working definition do you see anything that is realy different? Do
the
none-working TEAMS have a TEAMID defined?

The support is ALWAYS email support, never phonesupport.
As for the response it was send twice now, if you didn't receive it
maybe that
you could check your spam filters.
I can send the same mail a 3rd time, but I don't think that will help.
If you can provide an alternate email address we will send it a 3rd time
to the
old address and put that alternate address in CC.

"Excellent" support normally includes person to talk to. A single email
address based in a foreign country with *still* no response is not
"excellent."

I'm sure they have good intentions and are nice people. But I'm not
seeing any results.

*Still* no response (other than the newsgroup -- which got a quick
retort.)

WOW! Seems like you are barking up the wrong tree here. We have all
received GREAT support. Not just mediocre but EXCELLENT support. I do

recall seeing a post come across the mailing list with any problems
either. I am sure that this problem could have been solved. Perhaps
before griping about the fact that you created more work for yourself
you should have exhausted all options including the mailing list. That

is all I am saying about the issue in order to ensure this thread does
not degenerate to name calling.

sure that they are not send to the list nor to the individual members of
the list that send a message. Doing this will get you removed from the
