Hi Dirk, I've encountered an interesting issue on one of my servers. I want to monitor HP EVA storage perf counters (i.e. non standard windows OS counters) but when salive starts monitoring it it tells me "Element not found" (error 1168).
--- log --- Saturday, December 20, 2008 4:52:40 PM ssan01 Perfmon (HP EVA Storage Array,Total host KB/s,NAWRAS_EVA2) gave errorElement not found. ( 1168) Saturday, December 20, 2008 4:52:40 PM PERFMON took 15 ms(1) --- What could be the problem? I don't have problem with the standard perfmon app and even salive is able to locate specific HP EVA counter(s) when editing a check and save it.
