I didn't actually have logging turned on. I was able to run the process check
without the remote agent. I'll go that way.

Does the logfile show any type of errors?

Subject: [SA-list] Remote Agent processes always show down

Hi,

I've just gotten the Server's Alive remote agent to give me a list of
processes. When I add a check on one of those processes into my Server's Alive
list that process or any process from the remote box always comes back down.

The Server's Alive software is on a SBS 2008 box. The remote agent is on a
Windows 7 box.

Both systems are on the same subnet behind the same firewall.

The SBS box can monitor any service on the remote system without error just
processes it has trouble with.
