In the latest (beta) builds the port can be changed via the interface
(http://beta.woodstone.nu (http://beta.woodstone.nu) has the beta build)

In v6.2 (official release) you can change this via the registry

                Create or edit:

                                HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU
Consulting\Servers Alive\SMTP\PrimarySMTPPort (string)

                                HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU
Consulting\Servers Alive\SMTP\AlternateSMTPPort (string)

and give the correct value, a restart of SA will be needed

(the registry settings are in the doc too).
