About the Remote CLient: the name would be better as remote ICON instead of client. It gives you the moon system tray icon in cases were you don't have desktop interaction (for exampel SA running as service without desktop interaction or on Win2008). The Remote-client "connects" to Servers Alive and is able to display the moon/stop-sign as would the SA application (when running SA as application). From the context menu you can open the GUI of Servers Alive (infact it's the app that is openen in none-checking mode) and make changes to it.
