Windows 2003 server SP2 C:\Program Files\Salive\ Is the .grp file supposed to be re-named by a date creation function? In my case the file has been written as 2012-02-07-groups.grp and has an associated .db of the same name? Date modified is 2011 for the .grp and 2006 for the .db as reported by Windows explorer.
