Thanks for that Dirk. The checkerrorlevel app shows that both the "test" and "Accountlockoutstatus" batch files I have created return an errorlevel of 0 but my check still shows response 1 and an alert.
Could I have I configured something wrongly? To test I have created a batch file which exits with an errorlevel of 0 (the batch file only contains the code EXIT /B 0) When I create an entry using the "External (errorlevel)" check, and set it to alert when errorlevel returned is < > 0, I am seeing a response of 1 and an alert from this entry. Am I missing something? Is there something I should be changing before servers alive can read the response from this test file correctly? Any help appreciated!
