Subject: [SA-list] Checking for NT Process Fails
We had a Windows XP Pro PC running a fax server software. It does not have an
option to run as a service but I was able to check it as an NT Process
successfully.
The old Win XP PC was starting to fail so we replaced it with a Window 7 Pro
PC. However, when I try to configure an NT process check on this PC, I get an
error...
Error getting the process information from 172.16.3.100
ERR: 53
(The network path was not found.)
I've tried disabling firewall but that didn't help.
Suggestions?
