So after years of using XMatters to send pages and text messages, I now need to start using scripts to send incidents to Service Now so I am looking for some really good resources on how to use custom scripts with SA 7.2.2638 Enterprise The Forum Link on the Woodstone Support page is down so I cannot access anything but old mail archives Is there another resource? I know minimal scripting
TIA B To unsubscribe send a message with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line to [email protected] If you use auto-responders (like out-of-the-office messages), make sure that they are not sent to the list nor to individual members. Doing so will cause you to be automatically removed from the list.
