Dirk, I see the keep alive email option that will send every x minutes. Is there a way to schedule to send this at a particular time, and to a particular person or team? Unless I am missing that option. Who does it send to by default? Is there a daily summary email that can be send out at a particular date/time? or is the keep alive that option?
Under the Alerts drop down, there is some older programs that are no longer in use. Can you add a few of the newer ones? ie. Microsoft Teams; or Discord (discord bot integration) two-way communication with the bot to read/write to SA? Thanks! Anthony
