I've only ever used just-the-name - they were also flawless for me until last weekend! I hear they're updated the masking software to sort the problem out, so hopefully it should be sorted very soon. The SimCoup� web stats show some activity from every day in the last week, so it can't have been down too much. I went with JTN because their transparent URL masking seemed the most flexible. You can use proper deep links into the target site and there's no use of frames to semi-hide the target location, etc. (from what I can tell, mydomain.com uses frames).
