There is... Aley Keprt has written 'SamPlay' for playing compiled Etracker tunes on the PC.... http://www.keprt.cz/progs/saaemu/ I know you were only refering to SIDplay as a PC music player type proggy.... but as there is now a SID interface for the Sam, SID music can be preconverted and played on it (I wrote a plugin for SIDplay2 to capture the register data every 1/50th second) ... although I do have plans to knock together a 6510 interpretor on the Sam so SID files can be played without any need for pre-conversion, although I'm not sure when I will get the time to start work on it - that will have to join everything else on my 'TO DO' list!
