Your right.   But in my case not 'cause of that hot-burning sand... I'm in the middle of a move (and very tired at the moment, but I try not to let my boss know; please don't tell him ;-)   When this move is over, I'm setting up all hardware on our new attic (MUCH better than the 2x2.5m room I had before for my hobbies). Can't wait!
