Hi, I've just had an email from someone who found my website, who quite reasonably asks whether it is possible to download an image of the original demonstration disk which was included in the box when SAMs were first sold? i.e. the one with Flash! on it, and a few basic demos, and front-ends for a few SamDOS commands, that sort of thing.
I already have a download of just SamDOS2 on http://intensity.org.uk/samcoupe/newbie.html as it's pretty much essential for usage, and anyway the file is included on pretty much every usable disk image anyway, so I'm not giving away anything unique. But the rest of that disk would also be quite useful, and would be an interesting historical record of the sort of thing new owners were presented with back in 1991. I think it would be great to distribute it with SimCoupe, but who would own the rights to it these days?
