Ive stuck my very bad program online at www.apbcomputers.f9.co.uk/Decode.zip - simply Decode <inname> <outname> from what I remember (make a backup of inname just incase ;) ) don't use spaces in the filenames as I really wasn't intenting to release it - if you prefer the source code let me know and ill post it up - ill get around to sorting it out better later on - but it should fix all the various issues
