I'm assuming he doesn't mind it being distributed, seeing as it's been on Fred.

Things were a bit confused around that time, if you remember. As far as I understand it, I invited Martijn to join MNEMOtech in pretty much the same week as you invited him to join Entropy - without either us knowing about each other's, of course - so for a while he was putting both names on the things he wrote... so it wouldn't surprise me if Martijn had put a MNEMOtech logo were in there somewhere.
But that turns out not to be the case - there's a simpler explanation: that logo's at the end of the menu, not the beginning of the item (the menu's by Les Quinn, I think).
