I've had a quick look and tracked it down to a FORMAT_TRACK change I did about a month ago. The fix ensures that data present in the data fields of the format data is transferred to the new sectors, rather than simply zero-filling them. This was needed to fix ProDos formatting, which filled sectors with 0xe5 and added a header to the overall disk. It appears that MasterDOS also uses the same technique to set the disk label and some flags (including directory size) in track 0 sector 1. I'll release a new beta this week, which will include the automagical DOS booting feature requested recently. The Win32 version has had quite a few other tweaks and changes, though not everything has filtered through to the built-in user-interface yet. Si
