SBBB is on Outlet 62 (October 1992), as option C on the menu.

There's no reset screen on this version, and I couldn't really tell about
the palette issue as it's probably updated when it returns to the main
Outlet menu.

I can also see a bit of a flicker on the menu screen before the demo starts
(below the D in 'DEMO').  That might have just been harder to see on a
fuzzier TV picture, or could (*gasps*) be a timing bug in SimCoupe :-)
