Yes, as long as it's a real SAM-compatible printer you should be fine. Install the printer under Control Panel -> Printers, as a regular printer. If you don't have the correct drivers, using "Generic / Text Only" will be enough to add it. Then in SimCoupe, under Tools -> Options -> Parallel (tab), change Port 1 to be Parallel Printer. Change the printer selection box at the bottom to be your Windows printer name, and click OK. Printing from SAM applications should now drive your printer directly.
