Glad you've sorted it :-) In a related issue, if you find connecting to FTP is very slow (up to 30 seconds), make sure you're not blocking inbound TCP port 113 (ident) with a software firewall. I remember the NVG ftp server used to connect back on that port, and would wait until it timed out before continuing the connection. It might not do that anymore, but it's one to watch out for elsewhere too... Si
