I've always thought it a bit funny seeing that written in the readme file for Martijn's emulators for years, but now as we do have a faster Sam with the Mayhem Acclerator I can report back to say that they runs fine up at 20MHz! I've recently got back into Spectrum emulation, using Martijns emulator as it's the only one to properlly support different snapshot formats - playing Ultimate's isometric games like Knightlore at 10MHz, and Freescape stuff at 20MHz is great fun. Edwin's Jupiter ACE emulator is somewhat on the fast side at 20MHz too!
