One small thing, folks: Under the sales of goods act 1979, section 14 (I think), it is illegal for someone to give you a credit note if you did not ask for it; they can offer it to you and you may accept it, but if they give it you without giving YOU the CHOICE of straight refund or credit note, they are breaking the law.
