How many speccys had two drives, a comms and mouse I/F running off
that?  I don't like the sound of all that coming of a single 5V supply.

I'm not sure if it could handle it, but then again, the PSU is built like a 
brick...

I can't remeber how good the speccy supply was but it got awful warm
when I had my WafaDrives running, remember them ;)
