Just found out that everybody can download from the incoming directory (this is not supposed to be, but is out of my hands anyway). So, I have moved the stuff that WAS in the incoming directory back from the misc/sam directory (as not to cause confusion when I start moving stuff around when I get hold of my SAM again - or perhaps people can tell me what goes where?).
