Not quite sure what you call an external drive. It works with the SDI, cos I use one.
I think the early drives never used their spin up sensor anyway, as I seem tp recall MasterDos complaining that drives were not ready when it sudden;y started working on a new lot of drives. Or have I got the wrong end of the tree agasin? Brian -- Brian Gaff Sam Dept.
