[EMAIL PROTECTED] is ok, "subscribe alternate-address" to the
same address isn't.  Too many clueless people want the mail to go their
login name, not the nominal e-mail name (F.Lastname, often) or the
long/short form of the university name, where the sender address is the
other one, then don't manage to unsubscribe, and I have to do it by hand.

Insisting on a different, equivalent, address, is meaningless and
unproductive, and I'm fed up as of two minutes ago.
