Well the only thing wrong with mine is that it is in monochrome (well, that and the fact that the Escape key broke off and had to be put back on with Araldite). And I am still no nearer to fixing it than I was before! For some unknown reason I tested C32. It turns out to be a 5-60pf trimmer (that works correctly). The only thing I could think to do with the crystal was to measure its capacitance. It was 4pf. :-) imc
