Yes he did. I'm sorry, but seeing as everyone is quite simply too lazy

Well, I'd agree that the new management is better, but seeing a 6
year old build of The Bulgulators on the disk doesn't exactly fill
me with confidence. Like I said, people are too lazy/busy. I fall
into both categories myself...
