The easiest bit to damage (I reckon) are the keyboard connecting strips - lift the top part of the case slowly, and reach inside and ease the edge connectors out. Don't let the bottom part of the case drop down suddenly or you might tear them. Re-connecting the keyboard is an entirely different matter!! But don't let that put you off - I think my SAM has spent more time pieces than it has in its case! Andy
