Yup - I seem to have been through my fair share of power supplies too...
the weakest part of Sam's engineering, IMHO. They usually die when I'm in
the middle of something important...

This new one's from Greenweld, who are now selling them for 3 quid each; a
few friends and I just ordered a big box of various things (two waterproof
speakers, five phono plugs, thirty cardboard triangles etc etc) so I
included three sam PSUs because postage is a flat rate.

One of their boxes was a bit bashed, but the other two are fine - and the
one I'm using now is probably the quietest PSU I've had yet! Sorry Gavin...
