I was awoken myself when Graham Goring called me with this sad news, I had about a weeks worth of unread email, which included posts from Malcolm himself.
He had only called me a couple of weeks ago, and left a message as I
was out, and I had not found the time to get back to him, something I
was going to do this weekend.
I'm mirroring what we've all already said, but my condolenscies go out
to his family, Malcolm will be missed.
