Well, I just made my own. Not exactly difficult? The pinout is in the manual... Mine might not do exactly what you want yours to do though. It just brings out the stereo sound (pins 1 and 3, ground 4) and composite video (pin 19, ground 17) onto phono plugs, which I can then connect to my Mac.
