I'm not, because I didn't read this at slashdot. This was at least a year
before
the hype over "Windows refund day", and it *did* actually refer to a practice
(mostly but not all by MS) of placing the agreement inside the box, and then
stating that the user agreed by opening the box. It *was* held to be
unenforcable. If you look around enough, you should find a record of it,
somewhere.
