Oh no, let's not start another hazy-area legal argument again...

As I understand the situation, the contract between FRED and Mat of ESI
concerning the sale of E-Tracker expired - Mat now distributes (an updated
version) as freeware.

At the time, there was some discussion on sam-users. Samsboss thought Mat
wouldn't be allowed to do this, Colin MacDonald just wished Mat had
discussed it first. Contracts being contracts, I think Mat is entirely
within his rights - especially since at this stage, if anyone is going to
spend money on a music-tracker program they'd be better off buying
ProTracker2 anyway.
