Point 1: Oh no he hasn't. He has modified GPL source to produce the development version of SimCoupe Win32. But since he is not distributing a binary of SimCoupe Win32, he is under *no* obligation to release his modifications to the source. Point 2: Give him time. I'm sure that, when the time comes for SimCoupe Win32 to be released, and Si Owen distributes the binary, I'm sure that he will also distribute the source.
