What colour is the sky in your world?

Perhaps you should actually take a proper look at the programming industry. I'm
an analyst programmer, working across about five flavours of UNIX, Win32 and
OS/2 (both cross-platform work and system-specific), have been in the business
for four years now and I've yet to see anything like that which you've just
described.

Grow up. The extreme anti-Gates act grew old yonks ago.
