I've always been an advocate of the Chris White Method (do things first, ask questions later), but I'm sure he'll take anything down if requested to by the copyright owner. It's the way The World Of Spectrum archive works. It's the way the YS Rock'n'Roll Years works. It _is_ the done thing.
