Indeed. Sounds good to me. I still have loose plans that one day I'll resurrect FRED, but I'd need to sort out a few personal things, as well as get enough support drummed up to ensure it lasted!
In the meantime though, I don't see any problem with giving permission for say, the first fifty (50) issues of FRED to be available for download from the FTP site.
