How do i unsubscribe?

Hello,
 I have not exactly been an avid reader of this mailing list but rather tend
to ignore it nowadays. More pressing matters at hand. How therefore do i
unsubscribe from the list?
I'll come back again i'm sure, but when its less hectic again!
