The problem's this: Right-Alt, Right-Shift and Right-Ctrl aren't always
available on all machines. (Some laptops don't have them - mine doesn't have
right-ctrl or right-alt, for instance). Also, on European machines,
Right-Alt is used as "Alt-Gr" to generate graphics characters for different
language-layout keyboards. :)
