Well Sams are 10 years old! And Z80s also seem to be in considerably better supply, at the moment. I'm hardly involved in this sale at all - I'm not selling it, nor am I buying it. But it seems to me that the item is worth whatever someone's willing to pay for it, and someone has indeed bid at that price. Just saying "that's expensive" is not a useful comment unless you can actually point to a cheaper source.
