I own 3 Sam's and all have or had keyboard membrane faults...
I've fixed one by redoing the cracked (that's where the problem mostly lies) 
lines
with conducting paint (or conducting glue)...
Perhaps you could give it a try too... Find the crack, sandpaper the crack to
expose the conductive layer, apply the conducting paint and wait for it to dry
thoroughly, perhaps it'll work for you too...
