Internet isn't case sensitive itself.
When you have a web address (http), it is sent to the server.
If the server is Unix or Linux, it is case sensitive.
If your server is Windows-based, it isn't case sensitive.
Most of the http servers are based on Unix, so they are case-sensitive.
