I've done a few tests with the old version of Wincoupe 11.99 there was no
mapping but all of the keys worked as expectd. With the new 0.8 version
the mapping works which means on the Geman keyboard the Z and Y key
positions are swapped over correctly (the only change to non-symbol
characters on the German keyboard compared to UK/USA)

as mentioned the keys 7 to 0 produce the Alternate graphics charactes as
does
the letter 'q' these are the only non symbol keys which have alternate
graphics
characters defined for them on the German keyboard. Keys 1 to 6 and the
other letters don't have alternate graphics and work normally
