I imagine Edwin's Disk Image manager program will be able to do that,
alternatively if you don't run Windows you can try dskman ( download
<http://mnemotech.ucam.org/dskmanANSI.c> for ANSI C source to compile and
run on any operating system) which can do the transfer, to a .dsk image
(not sad or sdf).

You'll need to do commands N, S and W in that order, but I guess you could
change the source to do this particular conversion automatically, if you've
got a lot of files to put on images.
