Bob pissed off leaving a lot of people er pissed off. No SAM Clocks were ever sent out to my knowledge - I certainly never received mine. WCC, whatever/whoever he/she/it/they were have ceased to be as far as anyone can tell, though God knows where their leftover stock is. www.quazar.clara.net has info on Colin's next game and there's probably going to be some kind of update in the next SC if you're a subber (I can't remember if you are or not). It looks fab from what I've seen of it by the way. Couldn't tell you about WinCoupe but I do know that SimCoupe on the Mac has had a couple of updates lately.
